In an increasingly complex legal and economic environment, consumers are facing a wide variety of legal issues.  Consequently, law firms that service them are also having difficulty representing them efficiently.

That’s where we come in.

Thanks to the Internet and the media, consumers are becoming increasingly aware of the many rights they have, and how those rights may be abused.  Whether they have a case is, of course, another matter entirely.  Quite often, the essential elements necessary for legal relief are simply not present, and too much of an attorney’s time is being wasted coming to that conclusion.

The fact is, attorneys need to spend their time practicing law and representing the interests of their clients.  The legal support staff that work for law firms need to focus their efforts on what they were trained to do: provide essential legal support to the attorney.

Simply put, hours spent learning that someone does NOT have a case are hours lost defending the rights of those who do.  The intake and qualification services we provide are designed to increase a law firm’s productivity, efficiency, and the quality of the services they provide before the attorney-client relationship begins.

We have developed a proprietary and highly effective software solution that helps us do what we do so well. Our system employs a rigorous two-stage screening process to ensure that the law firms we work with get the clients they’re looking for.

We don’t make the decision.

Our Intake Specialists only screen and interview prospective clients to determine whether their particular situation meets the basic case standards set by our law firm clients.  They are trained to follow the script, and do not make legal judgments.

If those initial standards set by our clients are met, our Intake Specialists will schedule an interview with our clients’ legal support staff to further discuss and qualify them for representation.

Homeland Support Services provides intake and administrative support services to plaintiff firms that represent consumers in the following areas:
